HOCUT 4160 (Concentrate) is an advanced semi-synthetic, boron-free emulsion technology that allows extremely long lubricant life and higher cutting performance than conventional products. General metalwork, especially suitable for easier machining and grinding on steel and gray cast iron.
Due to the good wetting properties, the machines also contaminate the gray cast iron significantly less than with conventional cooling lubricants.
Due to its extreme longevity, the product is suitable for central systems and single-filling machines. The modern, borough-free technology extends the emulsion life without regular biocide treatments.
Easier machining of iron materials 5 - 10%
Gray cast iron processing 7 - 10%
Grinding of iron materials 5 - 6%
General machining of aluminum 5 - 10%
Refractometer factor 2.1
The product is designed for soft to medium hard water (3 ° dH - 20 ° dH)
Praxistest Industrial application comparison (excerpt):
"... By forming a microemulsion (with HOCUT 4160), the consumption could be reduced by about 20-30%.
REACh. ... "
O Versatile applications - ideal for general machining and grinding operations on iron and steel materials.
O Semi-synthetic microemulsion - keeps machine and tools clean.
O Very stable emulsion: less use of additives and low application costs.
O Excellent cleaning power: clean workpieces, machine tools and work environment.
O Very low foaming: ideal for high speeds and pressures in medium to hard water.
O No aluminum attack - can be used for many different alloys.
O Does not contain boron: no SVHC classification according to REACh.
O Does not contain boron, formaldehyde, chlorine and phenol. Contains only amines approved for TRGS611: excellent EHS profile (environment, health, safety)
