Lubrizol RO93LA Turbine Additive Premium
Lubrizol® RO93LA is a premium turbine additive that is designed for the lubrication of steam, gas and combined cycle turbine units. The additive technology has been designed to protect critical system components while decreasing the chance of unplanned downtime due to oil related turbine “trips” caused by the buildup of varnish deposits.
Lubrizol RO93LA is designed for use at 1.2% by weight in Group II base oils to deliver formulations that meet or exceed many common OEM and industry standards, including General Electric GEK32568j mineral oils. This technology has proven field performance in a realworld trial lasting more than 60 months in large-frame gas-fired turbines. The fluid using Lubrizol RO93LA consistently minimized valve sticking issues and prevented the costly oil-related turbine trips that the trial site was previously experiencing.
