Macron EDM 110 is suitable for processing non-ferrous metals.

MACRON® EDM 110 is a universal eroding oil that achieves good results primarily when roughing. The oil shows a good rinsing effect even in small eroding gaps. It is also well suited in EDT machines for texturing rolls.

MACRON® EDM 110 can also be used for grinding cutting tools (hard metal), i.e. spindle oil for tightly fitting tool spindles and as a crack detection oil.

Macron EDM 110 is based on high-quality, non-ageing and low-aromatic aliphatic hydrocarbons. In spark erosion, Macron EDM 110 combines very high dielectric strength with low conductivity.

The product is characterized by high chemical resistance in the area of spark discharge, good rinsing ability and easy filterability.

Macron EDM 110 is designed for all machine tool lubrication products and does not discolour non-ferrous metals.
