HOCUT 4160 (concentrate) is an advanced semi-synthetic, boron-free emulsion technology that allows for an extremely long lubricant life and higher cutting performance than conventional products. General metalwork, especially suitable for easier machining and grinding on steel and gray cast iron.
HOCUT 4160 (Concentrate) is an advanced semi-synthetic, boron-free emulsion technology that allows extremely long lubricant life and higher cutting performance than conventional products. General metalwork, especially suitable for easier machining and grinding on steel and gray cast iron.
Due to the good wetting properties, the machines also contaminate the gray cast iron significantly less than with conventional cooling lubricants.
Due to its extreme longevity, the product is suitable for central systems and single-filling machines. The modern, borough-free technology extends the emulsion life without regular biocide treatments.
