  • CLP industrial gear oils

Gear units and drive trains are used in almost all areas of industry. Sizes and shapes are used in all masses. A wide range of operating requirements and operating conditions must be met, so the requirements for the gear oils are very extensive, depending on the purpose and field of work. Industrial gear units are reliable, efficient and inexpensive for the respective purpose.

  • PAO Gear Oils Industrial

have been developed for high-performance gearboxes. Depending on the application, different base oils are used for the respective purpose. This starts with the general mineral gear oils for industry as CLP ISO VG 68 to ISO VG 680.
For stressed or appropriately constructed gearboxes, the gearbox oil can consist of polyalphaoelfins, synthetic esters or other base fluids. Please pay attention to seal compatibility and mixing requirements or incompatibilities.

  • PAG Polyglycol...

Compared to mineral oils, these products are particularly suitable for high-temperature lubrication of gears and bearings, e.g. in calenders. In worm gears that are operated with mineral oils at low speed and high torque in the boundary lubrication range, pitting often occurs and, as a result, the worm gears wear quickly. Two-component machine paints that are compatible with PAG are available on the market. (Avoid phenolic paints). Natural rubber, cork and leather seals are not compatible. Rinsing well when changing products with low mineral oils ensures safety. Water entry with water-soluble PAG reduces the viscosity. The water content has no significant influence on bearing corrosion. Depending on the application, the total cost of ownership can be low. Not recommended for aluminum / steel tribological contact surfaces (chemical wear)
