Irgacor 843 Corrosion protection additive
Irgacor® 843 reliably prevents rust and deposits as an additive in hydraulic oils, compressor oils, engine oils or turbine oils. Independent tests confirm that it provides better protection than other commercially available corrosion inhibitors. It also impresses with its low consumption; Depending on the application, a proportion of 0.1% of the formulation is sufficient. Due to the high thermal stability, this effect is retained even under extreme heat build-up, as is common in gear oils, for example.
Irgacor® 843 is suitable for viscosity groups I to IV. Laboratory tests show that it does not affect the effectiveness of other additives or basic substances. All of this together makes Irgacor® 843 an ideal anti-corrosion additive (rust protection additive) for modern formulations with the aim of combining excellent rust protection with high thermal stability. Recommended for customers who want to repeatedly improve their recipes.
